Peter Naumann

Prof. Peter Naumann (born in 1961) is successfully working for more than 25 years with his studio naumann-design for international clients in the field of industrial and vehicle design. His work has been rewarded with numerous design awards, among the German Design Award. 2006 Naumann was appointed to work at the Hochschule München and supervised the Faculty of Design for seven years as its Dean.

Naumann studied Industrial Design in Munich and Offenbach, before he graduated from the Royal College of Art in London with the Master of Automobile Design in 1991. Today he focuses on forward-looking vehicle development. Together with his students he does research on future settings of urban mobility and is author of numerous articles concerning industrial and vehicle design.
